The other one can also be used as an electronic load to simulate the battery pack's current absorption to test the output of the downstream circuit. What's even more outstanding is that it converts the DC-DC output into AC power through feedback (inverter), which affects the front-stage circuit. Power supply, inverter efficiency is up to 95%. For example, if a 15kW module is tested for 48 hours, it can save 15K*48*0.9=648 kilowatt hours of electricity. Calculated at 1 yuan per kilowatt hour, it can save 648 yuan, which greatly saves testing costs.
The IT6000 series adopts a modular design and can expand the power up to 1152MW through master-slave parallel operation. For modules, when the whole machine is adjusted back and forth for testing, multiple IT6000Bs can be re-integrated to complete high-power testing. For example, when 5 single modules are tested at the same time, 10 18kW bidirectional sources can be controlled individually, covering the input and output testing of a single module. When the customer assembles the entire pile, 10 IT6000B can also be connected in master-slave parallel to form a 180kW DC electronic load for load testing of the entire pile, which greatly improves the utilization rate of the equipment and reduces the customer's hardware investment. Using IT6000B as a feedback load and testing the 150kW charging pile for 48 hours can save 6,480 yuan in electricity bills.
