Liu Lijun, the company's technical director, said that insufficient battery reliability is the main reason for the downturn of the entire industry. The reason for insufficient reliability is not that the battery production equipment is not good, but that the battery structure design is unreasonable, which brings many hidden dangers. These hidden dangers are exposed during use, causing consumers to have no confidence in the product, forming a vicious cycle.

      There have been many 6F22 battery accidents recently. In his opinion, the fundamental reason is that the battery structure design is unreasonable. The gap between the positive and negative electrodes of the 6F22 battery causes structural instability and eventually problems. He believes that in terms of the structure of a single battery, the positive and negative plates should be closely coordinated, reduce parallel connections, and use larger batteries in series. The final problem is that scientific research institutes use funds to do research they think is valuable and are out of touch with market reality. Enterprises do not have enough funds for research and development, and many factories are under operating pressure and do not have the strength to make technical reserves.
