      Lithium battery waterproof grade, IP67 dustproof and waterproof lithium battery pack

      Protection level, commonly known as IP level, refers to dust-proof and waterproof performance, aimed at avoiding the impact of dust and water on the insulation performance of the battery cells, electrical components, control system circuit boards, etc. inside the battery pack, and corrosion of metal components;

      If the protection level of the lithium battery casing does not meet the requirements of dust and water prevention, the environmental conditions of the battery cells and electrical components are in an uncontrollable state. In general working environments, excessive dust can reduce the insulation performance of electrical components. In systems with lower protection levels associated with electrical clearances and creepage distances, larger margins need to be reserved. Excessive humidity not only affects the insulation performance, but also causes an increase in the self discharge rate of lithium batteries, making conductors more prone to corrosion. As a result, the internal resistance of the system increases, and during the charging and discharging process, more electricity will be converted into Ohmic heat for consumption.
