Compared with dry separators, lithium battery wet separators have advantages
(1) The wet method has consistent and uniform voids, and the porosity is controlled by bidirectional stretching. The dry method can only stretch in one direction, and some electrons cannot pass through, which affects the battery cycle performance.
(2) Wet biaxial stretching improves the strength of the separator, and the puncture strength is stronger than the dry method.
(3) The thickness of the wet separator can be made thinner and thinner to adapt to future trends. The wet method is easier to make the battery core, and the rolling needle is easy to pull out.
