      (1) Outdoor integrated iron battery power supply solution

      Outdoor communication base stations are exposed to direct sunlight, and the lifespan of the built-in lead-acid batteries usually does not exceed 2 years. This solution uses lithium iron phosphate batteries, which have excellent high-temperature resistance and a lifespan of 5-10 years.

      In this scheme, the advantages of small size, light weight, high temperature resistance, and long service life of the battery are achieved in three aspects: energy conservation, material conservation, and land conservation, while effectively reducing maintenance and operation costs.

      (2) Power supply solutions for base stations without air conditioning, such as Village Communication

      The base stations of the village communication project are all located in remote rural areas, with small scale and configuration, basically without air conditioning, and frequent power outages. Lead acid batteries work in harsh environments with short lifespan, frequent replacement, and high maintenance costs in remote rural areas. By switching to iron batteries, they have good high-temperature performance, can be deeply charged and discharged, have a long cycle life, small size, light weight, and are easy to install. They can achieve energy-saving and emission reduction goals in three aspects: energy conservation, land conservation, and material conservation, while also improving the quality of network power supply.

      (3) A Power Solution for Indoor Macrobase Stations with Tight Space

      There are many indoor macro stations with wide coverage, requiring reliable power supply, so generally there are two sets of batteries for backup. The lead-acid batteries in the station occupy a large area and are too heavy. When the demand for expansion increases due to increased phone traffic, the space inside the station restricts the possibility of adding new equipment.

      If an integrated switch power supply is used in conjunction with iron batteries, it can reduce the footprint of power and batteries in the computer room and meet the needs of equipment expansion. At the same time, iron batteries have excellent high-temperature resistance, which can increase the starting temperature of the air conditioning in the station to around 35 degrees, reduce energy consumption of the air conditioning, effectively reduce operating costs by saving electricity costs, and achieve the goal of energy conservation and emission reduction in three aspects: energy conservation, land conservation, and material conservation.

      (4) Indoor coverage/distributed station power supply solution

      The indoor coverage of the original 2G network, coupled with the continuous construction of 3G and WLAN hotspots, will further increase the number of indoor coverage stations. Due to the fact that indoor coverage sites generally choose nearby mains power for power supply, choosing a 48V communication battery module or iron battery UPS for backup power can effectively solve this type of problem.

      (5) Power supply scheme for high-voltage direct current power supply system (HVDC) for communication

      Industry experts have proposed a 240V/336V high-voltage DC power supply system for communication in response to the power supply scheme for data centers. The characteristics of the system's requirements for batteries are high voltage (240V/336V), short duration, and high current discharge.
