      Using the original charger

      Try to use the original lithium-ion battery charger for charging. The original charger has strong supporting performance and moderate charging rate. Excessive current charging can also cause significant damage to the internal structure of the battery.

      Storage temperature environment

      The temperature environment is relatively wide, ranging from -20 ℃ to 55 ℃, but in fact, the most suitable temperature is room temperature. From the perspective of aging, temperature may be an important reason for the gradual decline of lithium-ion battery capacity.

      What is the difference between soft pack lithium-ion batteries and hard pack lithium-ion batteries?

      A soft pack lithium-ion battery is simply a liquid lithium-ion battery covered with a polymer shell. The structure is packaged with aluminum plastic film, and in the event of safety hazards, the soft pack battery will only burst and crack at most.

      Advantages of soft pack lithium-ion batteries:

      Compared with hard packaged lithium-ion batteries, they have various advantages such as small size, light weight, high specific energy, high safety, and flexible design. The specific advantages are as follows:

      ① Soft pack lithium-ion battery packs have good safety performance, unlike steel shell aluminum shell cells that can cause explosions.

      ② Lightweight, the soft pack battery is 40% lighter than steel shell lithium batteries of the same capacity and 20% lighter than aluminum shell batteries.

      ③ Large capacity, soft pack lithium-ion battery packs have a capacity 10-15% higher than steel shell batteries of the same size, and 5-10% higher than aluminum shell batteries.

      ④ The internal resistance of soft pack batteries is smaller than that of lithium-ion batteries. Currently, the minimum internal resistance of domestic soft pack battery cells can reach below 35m Ω, greatly reducing the battery's self consumption.

      ⑤ Flexible design, the shape of the soft pack lithium-ion battery pack can be customized according to customer needs, and new battery cell models can be developed.
