　　The announcement shows that in order to respond to the national "Yangtze River Protection" strategy, implement the "Ecological Priority, Green Development" strategy of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council, promote the development of the Yangtze River ship electrification industry, and promote clean navigation in the Yangtze River, the two parties have reached an agreement on research and development, We have reached an agreement to build a pure electric sightseeing cruise ship for the Three Gorges of the Yangtze River and put the results into commercial operation in a timely manner. 　　It is understood that the Yangtze Three Gorges pure electric sightseeing cruise ship has a total length of 100m, a ship width of 16.2m, a passenger quota of 1,300, a design speed of 22km/h, and a cruising range of about 100km. The ship's propulsion rated power is about 3×350kW, the power battery capacity is about 7500kWh, and it is equipped with a DC bus frequency conversion control power distribution system and an electric propulsion system.

　　The specific cooperation content is: Yangtze Power will use a one-time investment in scientific research funds to bear the related costs of ship design, power batteries and battery management systems, and the purchase of DC bus frequency conversion control power distribution systems, and provide them to Yichang Delivery for free. Yichang Transportation is responsible for the review of the ship design plan and the technical requirements of all equipment, all shipbuilding and equipment purchase costs other than the costs borne by Yangtze River Electric Power, including ship construction, ship assembly, ship decoration engineering, etc., as well as the management and maintenance of all equipment for electric ships, etc.
