The rated voltage of its monomer is 3.6V, and the working voltage is 3.0V-4.2V. However, the advantages of lithium iron phosphate batteries are high safety and long cycle life. The disadvantage is low energy density and the entire battery pack is heavy. The rated voltage of its single unit is 3.2V, and the working voltage is 2.5V-3.65V. 1. Communication protocol
At present, the communication protocols for AGV power battery packs are mainly RS485 and CAN. Select the BMS module for the battery based on the communication protocol.
2. Voltage
The nominal voltage is calculated based on the rated voltage of the machine and is the voltage at the output end. Like a 24V machine, if ternary is used, the rated voltage is 25.9V, and if lithium iron phosphate is used, the rated voltage of the battery is 22.4V.
3. Electricity consumption
Considering the size of capacity, the main factor to consider is the size of space. When space is limited, it is recommended to use a ternary lithium battery pack. The reason for this is as mentioned above, because the volume of ternary lithium is smaller than that of iron lithium.
4. Discharge power
This mainly determines the size of its protective board and the amount of overcurrent.
5. Usage environment
When working in environments with high temperatures or poor road conditions, lithium iron phosphate batteries can be used. Especially at low temperatures, ternary lithium batteries can be used.
