      Analysis of the basic principles of lithium battery charging and discharging:

      The working principle of lithium battery refers to its charging and discharging principle. When the battery is charged, a lithium-ion battery is formed at the positive stage of the rechargeable battery, and the formed lithium-ion battery moves toward the negative stage through the lithium battery electrolyte. Carbon serves as the negative stage and has a lamellar structure with multiple microporous plates. The lithium-ion battery that reaches the negative stage is placed in the microporous plate of the carbon layer. The more lithium-ion batteries inserted, the higher the battery charging capacity.

      Similarly, when the battery is charged and discharged (that is, when we use the battery), the lithium ion battery embedded in the negative carbon layer comes out and continues to move toward the positive layer. The more lithium-ion cells go back to anodization, the higher the charge and discharge capacity. The battery capacity that everyone usually refers to refers to the charge and discharge capacity.

      During the charging process of lithium batteries, lithium-ion batteries move from positive level → negative level → positive level. If the lithium battery is compared to a rocking chair, the two sides of the rocking chair are the two sides of the rechargeable battery. The lithium-ion battery is like an outstanding player, running back and forth on both sides of the rocking chair. Therefore, experts gave the lithium battery a cute name: rocking chair rechargeable battery.

      The whole process of charging and discharging 18650 lithium battery;

      The lithium battery charging operation is divided into two stages. The first stage is constant current power supply battery charging. When the battery voltage is less than V, the charging head will charge the battery with constant current power. The second stage is the constant current source battery charging process. When the battery voltage reaches V, due to the characteristics of lithium batteries, if the working voltage is higher, it will be damaged. The charging head will fix the voltage at V, and the current will gradually decrease. When the current decreases to a certain value (usually 1/10 of the set current), the battery charging power circuit will be disconnected, and the battery charging indicator light will flash.

      Overcharging a lithium battery can cause permanent damage to the battery. Excessive charging and discharging will cause the negative carbon sheet structure to collapse, and the collapse will cause the lithium-ion battery to be unable to be inserted during the charging process; excessive charging will cause too many lithium-ion batteries to be placed in the negative carbon structure, Some of them cannot be released again.

      Some charging heads are based on cheap designs and have poor linearity, which can easily cause abnormal charging of the battery and even damage the battery. When choosing a charging head, try to choose a well-known brand of 18650 lithium battery charging head, which can ensure quality and quantity and after-sales maintenance services, and extend the service life of the rechargeable battery. The well-known brand ensures that the 18650 lithium battery charging head has four protection functions: overcurrent protection, overcurrent protection, overvoltage protection, and rechargeable battery reverse connection protection. Overcharging protection: When the charger overcharges the lithium battery, in order to prevent the internal pressure from increasing due to temperature rise, the battery charging state must be stopped. Therefore, the protection device must monitor the battery voltage. When the battery exceeds the charging voltage, the overcharge protection function is activated and the battery charging is terminated. Overcharge and discharge protection: In order to better avoid overcharge and discharge of lithium batteries, when the working voltage of the lithium battery is lower than its overcharge and discharge working voltage detection point, overcharge and discharge protection is activated, charging and discharging are terminated, and the rechargeable battery maintains Shutdown mode with low quiescent current. Overcurrent and overcurrent protection: When the charging and discharging current of the lithium battery is too large or a short circuit fault occurs, the protection device will activate the overcurrent protection function.
