This low voltage has no quality issue and can be solved through charging. After being charged in production, store for more than 24 hours to measure voltage.
2、 Excessive internal resistance
1. Due to differences in detection equipment
If the detection accuracy is insufficient or the contact with the electrical group cannot be eliminated, it will cause a large display of internal resistance. Therefore, the principle of AC bridge method should be used to test the internal resistance instrument for detection.
2. Long storage time
Long storage of lithium batteries can cause significant capacity loss, internal passivation, and increased internal resistance, which can be solved through charging and discharging activation.
3. Abnormal heating causing high internal resistance
The processing of the battery cell (spot welding, ultrasound, etc.) causes abnormal heating of the battery, resulting in thermal closure of the diaphragm and a serious increase in internal resistance.
