(1) The opening voltage of the battery
(2) Internal resistance of the battery
(3) The working voltage of the battery
(4) The charging voltage charging voltage refers to the voltage of the external power supply at both ends of the battery when the secondary battery is charged. The basic methods for charging are constant current charging and constant voltage charging. Generally, constant current charging is used, and the charging current is constant when the charging process is characterized. As the charging is carried out, the active substance is restored, the electrode reaction area continues to shrink, and the polarization of the motor gradually increases.
(5) The battery capacity battery capacity refers to the amount of electricity obtained from the battery. It is commonly used by C, which is often expressed by the unit AH or MAH. Capacity is an important indicator of battery electrical performance. The capacity of the battery is usually divided into theoretical capacity, actual capacity, and rated capacity. The battery capacity is determined by the capacity of the electrode. If the capacity of the electrode varies, the battery capacity depends on the electrode with a small capacity, but it is by no means the sum of the positive polar capacity.
(6) One of the main features of the storage performance and life chemical power supply of batteries is that they can release electricity when used, and can store electrical energy when not in use. The so -called storage performance is capable for charging for secondary batteries. For secondary batteries, an important parameter of measurement of battery performance during service life. The secondary battery is charged and discharged at one time, called a cycle (or this cycle). Under a certain charging and discharge system, the battery capacity can withstand the number of charging and discharge numbers that the battery can withstand before a specified value is called the use cycle of the secondary battery. Lithium -power batteries have excellent storage performance and long cycle life.
(7) The protective circuit consists of two field effects and special protection integrated blocks S-8232. When rising to 4.2V, the over -charging protection tube FET1 is deadlocked to stop charging. In order to prevent misplace, there are generally delayed capacitors on the external circuit. When the battery is in a discharge state and the battery voltage drops to 2.55V, the over -discharge control tube FET1 cuts off to stop powering the load. Over -current protection is when there is a large current flow on the load, control the FET1 to cut off, and stop discharge to the load. The purpose is to protect the battery and field effect tube. Excessive current detection is to use the field effect tube to detect the resistance and monitor its voltage drop. When the voltage drops exceeds the set value, the discharge is stopped. A delayed circuit is generally added to the circuit to distinguish the wave current and short -circuit current. This circuit has a complete function, reliable performance, but strong professionalism, and is not easy to buy for special integration blocks. Amateur enthusiasts are not easy to imitate. Because lithium -power batteries are charged or too much can cause explosion and cause damage to personnel, safety is the main concern when using this type of battery. Therefore, commercial lithium battery packs usually include protection circuits like DS2720 (Figure 7). DS2720 provides charging lithium power batteries
