  The basic structure of the battery consists of three parts: battery, protective plate, and shell.

  1. Core: The battery is the most important part of the battery and is the carrier of energy conversion. Our company currently produces polymer lithium -ion batteries and cylindrical lithium -ion cells. The basic parameters of the cells include: capacity, internal resistance, cycle life, etc.

  2. Protection board: The protective board is an electronic function module that protects the normal work of the cell and prevent abnormal accidents. The main composition is IC and MOS tube. IC is an element monitoring the battery voltage, and the MOS tube is a switch. In the entire module, IC controls the switch state of the MOS tube by detecting the current of the working circuit and the voltage at both ends of the battery cells, thereby controlling the charging and discharge circuit to achieve the purpose of preventing the battery overcharging, overlapping or overcurrent. The main parameters of the protective board include: over -charging protection voltage, over -charging protection recovery voltage, overlapping protection voltage, overlapping protection recovery voltage, short -circuit protection current, self -consumption current, PCM internal resistance, etc. The above parameters can be measured through special equipment or analog circuits.

  3. Shell: The shell is to fix the battery and protective plate together, seal and complete the shell with the function with the host. The housing is often divided into the bottom shell and the surface shell. Generally, after cooperating with the host, the outer shell is leaking outside, and the other is the bottom shell. Common materials for housing are: ABS, ABS+PC, PC, etc. The main indicators of measuring the shell are: color, material, cooperation, mechanical strength, etc.
