1 Module room temperature discharge capacity test
a) The battery module (5 individual batteries in series) is charged to the upper limit of the voltage with 1I1 and then charged at constant voltage. When the charging current drops to 0.05I1, the charging is stopped. If the voltage of individual batteries exceeds 0.1V of the termination voltage during the charging process, the charging is stopped and the battery is put aside for 1h after charging;
b) At room temperature, the battery is discharged with 1I1 current until any single voltage reaches the discharge termination voltage;
c) Metering discharge capacity and specific discharge energy;
d) Repeat steps a) to c) for 5 times. When the range difference of three consecutive test results is less than 3% of the rated capacity, the test can be terminated in advance, and the average of the last three test results shall be taken.
2 Module room temperature multiple discharge performance test
a) The battery module is charged at the upper limit of 1I1 to constant voltage, and stops charging when the charging current drops to 0.05I1. If there is a single battery whose voltage exceeds 0.1V of the termination voltage during the charging process, stop charging, and leave it for 1h after charging;
b) At room temperature, the battery module discharges with 3I1 current until any single voltage reaches the discharge termination voltage;
c) Metering discharge capacity.
