  At present, lithium-ion batteries are widely used in all walks of life in the industrial equipment field. However, since there are no conventional fixed specifications and size requirements in the industrial field, there are no conventional products for industrial lithium-ion batteries, which need to be customized. How long will it take to customize a group of lithium-ion batteries?

  Under normal conditions, it takes about 15 days to customize lithium ion batteries;

  On the first day of the early stage, after receiving the order demand, the R&D personnel evaluate the order demand, quote the samples and establish a customized product project.

  Day 2: Selection and circuit design of battery cells

  Day 3: Draw a structure chart to confirm with the customer and conduct business negotiation

  On the the fourth day, we began to purchase materials, design BMS protection board, assemble batteries, charge and discharge circularly, test and debug circuits, etc

  After that, packaging, warehousing, quality inspection, ex warehouse and transportation are carried out until the customer is in charge, and the customer conducts sample testing, which normally takes about 15 working days.

  The lithium battery assembly is not like a small workshop that takes an unknown battery cell and BMS protection board and directly packs them in series and parallel. They are directly shipped without testing and verification. This kind of battery is generally a price war. The battery price is very low without after-sales guarantee. Basically, it is a one-time business. It is recommended to go to a professional and regular battery manufacturer to buy batteries. The quality of after-sales service is more guaranteed.
