  1、 Material description

  Carbon coated aluminum foil is made of conductive carbon based composite paste and high-purity electronic aluminum foil by transfer coating process.

  2、 Scope of application

  Power type lithium battery with fine particle active substance

  Ø The positive electrode is lithium ferrous phosphate

  Ø Ternary/lithium manganate with fine particles as cathode

  Ø Used for supercapacitor, lithium primary battery (lithium oxide, lithium manganese, lithium iron, button type, etc.) to replace etched aluminum foil

  3、 Performance effect on battery/capacitor

  Ø Restrain battery polarization, reduce thermal effect and improve magnification performance;

  Ø Reduce the internal resistance of the battery, and significantly reduce the dynamic internal resistance increase during the cycle;

  Ø Improve consistency and increase cycle life of battery;

  Ø Improve the adhesion between the active substance and the collector, and reduce the manufacturing cost of the electrode;

  Ø Protect the collector from corrosion by electrolyte;

  Ø Improve the high and low temperature performance of lithium iron phosphate battery, and improve the processing performance of lithium iron phosphate and lithium titanate materials.
