The specific links of the lithium-ion battery pack production process include positive electrode slurry pulling, negative electrode slurry pulling, positive pole piece, negative pole piece, steel shell assembly, liquid injection and testing, and packaging.

    The first step - electrode slurry preparation

     

    It is important to mix the electrode active material, binder, solvent, etc. together, stir and disperse them fully, and form a slurry.

     

    The second step - coating

     

    The slurry prepared in the first step is evenly coated on the current collector (aluminum foil or copper foil, etc.) with a specified thickness, and the solvent is dried.

     

    The third step - pole piece punching

     

    The pole piece produced in the previous step is punched into a specified size and shape.

     

    Step 4 - Lamination

     

    Assemble the positive and negative plates and diaphragms together, and after gluing, form the pole core.

     

    Step 5 - Assemble soft pack battery

     

    Insert the pole core produced in the previous step into the aluminum-plastic film with the pits already punched, and complete the top seal, side seal, etc. (leave a hole for liquid injection), to form a soft pack battery without liquid injection.

     

    Step 6 - Liquid injection

     

    Inject a specified amount of electrolyte into the soft pack battery cell. Of course, the battery cell must be baked and the liquid injection operation must be performed in a low humidity environment. Too much moisture content is not good.

     

    Step 7 - Battery sealing

     

    Extract the gas inside the battery cell in a vacuum environment and complete the sealing.

     

    With the rapid development of electric vehicles and automobiles, the power supply on the vehicle has also developed rapidly, but there are many problems in the production of lithium-ion battery packs, resulting in uneven quality of battery products on the market. The capacity of the lithium-ion battery pack in the later cycle life cannot reach the designed service life. This has a lot to do with the unique production process of the lithium-ion battery pack in production.
