    Precautions for safe use of 1.2V Ni-MH battery

    1. Before use

    For newly purchased batteries, first check whether the battery is qualified (including unpacking to confirm whether the battery is crushed or deformed). If there is a problem, contact the merchant in time to solve it.

    2. In use

    Before charging and discharging lithium batteries, it is recommended to test the voltage of each battery cell first; the battery cell voltage within 1 month of leaving the factory is about 3.8v, the maximum limit voltage that the battery cell can withstand is 4.25V (except for high-voltage batteries), and the minimum limit voltage is 2.75V. When the battery voltage is higher than 4.25V or lower than 2.75V, the charging and discharging performance and safety performance of the battery cell may be damaged, which may cause heating, leakage, and flatulence;

    Charging precautions

    When using a 4S battery pack, the charging temperature range is 0~+45; the charging current must not exceed the maximum current indicated in the specification, and generally must not exceed 2C; batteries with swelling, deformation, leakage or voltage below 7.8V should not be charged; the battery temperature before charging at room temperature must not exceed 40; the upper limit voltage of charging must not exceed 17.48V, and the temperature during charging should not be higher than 45; it is recommended to use a charger processed by a regular manufacturer and with reliable quality, and it is recommended to use a charger with a balancing function for the battery pack.

    Discharge precautions

    When using a 4S battery pack, the discharge temperature range is -20~+60. Remember that the discharge current should not exceed the maximum current indicated in the specification; the lower limit voltage of the discharge should not be lower than 11.2V, and the battery surface temperature should not be higher than 80after high current discharge; do not discharge batteries that are swollen, deformed, leaking, or have a voltage difference of ≥100mV. Remember this! !
