    Lithium-ion battery: a battery with lithium metal oxide as positive electrode material, graphite as negative electrode material, and non-aqueous electrolyte solution; CR2016 battery are divided into lithium iron phosphate and lithium manganese oxide. Its capacity is 1.5-2 times that of nickel-hydrogen batteries of the same volume. It is widely used because of its high energy density and low self-discharge rate.

     

    Lead-acid battery: a battery with electrodes made of lead and oxides and sulfuric acid solution as electrolyte; the important components of the positive electrode of the lead-acid battery in the discharge state are chlorine dioxide, and the important components of the negative electrode are lead; the important components of the positive and negative electrodes in the charging state are aluminum sulfate.

    What the hell is 18650?

     

    18650 is the originator of CR2016 battery. It is a standard battery model set by Sony Corporation of Japan to save costs. 18 means the battery diameter is 18mm, 65 means the length is 65mm, and 0 means cylindrical battery.

     

    The advantages and disadvantages of CR2016 battery and lead-acid batteries are as follows:

     

    Environmental protection: CR2016 battery are pollution-free, while lead-acid batteries are contaminated by heavy metals

     

    Specific energy: the mass ratio and volume specific energy of CR2016 battery are about 40% higher than those of lead-acid batteries

     

    Service life: the capacity of lead-acid batteries decays to less than 40% after 500 cycles of charge and discharge, while CR2016 battery can maintain about 85%

     

    Discharge characteristics: for batteries of the same capacity, CR2016 battery can discharge about 30% more electricity than lead-acid batteries under high current discharge

    Charging environment temperature range: 0C-35C

     

    Using environment temperature range: -10C-45C

     

    Storage environment temperature range: 0-20

    Precautions for using CR2016 battery:

     

    Please prevent the battery from being left idle for a long time

     

    If you want to store the battery for a long time

     

    Please keep the power at 50%~80% for storage, and remember to disconnect the air switch

     

    The ambient temperature is kept at 0~20

     

    And perform a complete charge-discharge process on the battery at least once a month

     

    If the power is lower than 20% or higher than 90% for long-term storage

     

    It will cause irreversible power decay in the battery

     

    Do not place the battery in an environment above 40
