Teach you how to disassemble batteries
Batteries come in many types. As power sources in daily life, they are used in communications, electricity, energy storage, ships, and industry. So if there is a problem, do you dare to disassemble it? Or do you know how to disassemble it? Perhaps you will no longer be nervous after reading the following content.
The first type: First, make sure whether your NiMH No.7 battery type is a maintenance-free lead-acid NiMH No.7 battery. If not, you can carefully saw it with a saw used for ordinary carpenters, or use a heated resistance wire, and then see which plate is broken and open the cover on them. At this time, you should pay attention to the junction between the upper cover and the lower box, use needle-nosed pliers to cut off the plate connection, pull out the plate, and then replace it with a new one.
If it is a maintenance-free type, you cannot remove the upper cover. In addition, the lead-acid NiMH No.7 battery with a black shell needs to be heated with fire to melt the asphalt on the cover, and then the cover can be directly removed and disassembled. The above are all ordinary types of batteries. If it is not an ordinary type, it will be scrapped and cannot be used again after opening.
The second method: first open the plug on the NiMH No.7 battery and pour out the acid, then aim an open screwdriver at the seal and slowly hit the screwdriver with a hammer. Do this once in all four directions of the NiMH No.7 battery, then use force to open the cover. The same is true for the maintenance-free type.
