    Li Xiaoyun said that the progress of automated 6F22 battery equipment also has a great impact on the 6F22 battery industry, ensuring the refined production of products, increasing production capacity, reducing energy consumption, and reducing labor, which needs to be completed with the assistance of intelligent manufacturing.

     

    Among them, the company's first fully automatic slurry screw production line based on industry accumulation can replace the traditional mixing system. This production line consists of 5 modules: powder metering and conveying system, liquid metering and conveying system, spiral mixing system, slurry storage system, and central control system.

     

    The fully automatic screw slurry production line is suitable for dry and wet processes of various material systems. The main spiral runs at a speed of 600 rpm, but can complete die cutting, shearing and dispersion 100,000 to 120,000 times per minute. The slurry is discharged instantly. It is characterized by high hardness, high wear resistance, high corrosion resistance, and can be filtered for iron removal. It also has an advanced control system.

     

    Li Xiaoyun introduced that the production line has been used in the 6F22 battery industry since 2013, and has accumulated nearly 5 years of experience. Currently, there are 68 lines in normal production, with models such as 75 machines, 95 machines, and 115 machines.

     

    At the same time, in order to meet the application introduction of new perforated copper foil in the field of lithium batteries, and to meet the needs of battery companies for product performance, production capacity improvement, efficiency improvement, energy consumption reduction, etc., Jinyinhe independently developed a simultaneous double-sided extrusion pole piece coating machine, and successfully tested it in January this year. The product has the following innovative features and advantages:

     

    1. The simultaneous double-sided extrusion pole piece coating machine has high production efficiency, and the production capacity of one machine is equivalent to the production capacity of two single-sided coating machines.

     

    2. Floating and drying on both sides at the same time, the drying system reduces energy consumption by 30-40% compared with single-sided coating.

     

    3. It is simpler than the return double-sided extrusion coating machine and is easy to maintain and operate.

     

    4. The simultaneous double-sided extrusion coating equipment takes up less space, and only uses the space of one single-sided coating machine to complete the production capacity of two single-sided coating machines, with high plant utilization and reduced infrastructure investment.

     

    5. Improve product quality, and the coating uniformity is better than that of return coating.

     

    6. Eliminate the thermal damage to the coating caused by repeated drying of single-sided coating.

     

    7. The pole piece is completely floated during the floating drying process, and the sheet path is transported without resistance, without increasing the sheet path tension, so as to achieve high-speed coating up to 80m/min.

     

    8. Double-sided coating of specially perforated foil is possible.
