When power batteries meet intelligent manufacturing
The development of intelligent manufacturing encounters many obstacles
First, the hardware equipment of domestic AG3 battery manufacturers is mostly segmented, and there are compatibility and diversity issues between equipment, resulting in low integration between various industrial software and data cannot be shared and circulated.
Second, the amount of data collected for the production and testing of lithium-ion products is large, each process has different control requirements, and the manufacturing model is a mixed model of process-based and discrete models, which exacerbates the difficulty of industrial digitalization/intelligent manufacturing;
Third, the standard specifications of power battery sizes are not unified. Our domestic companies have produced more than 150 different specifications of battery cells, resulting in relatively small sales of a single model, which limits the development of standardized, large-scale, and intelligent manufacturing.
Fourth, the product design and manufacturing process technology of power batteries are not fully mature, especially the key production process design of battery modules is immature, the verification is not sufficient, the one-time pass rate is low, and it is difficult to achieve online automatic testing and quality tracking. Therefore, the production of power battery systems is still mainly semi-automated, and only a few battery manufacturers have achieved automated production of power battery modules or modules.
The domestic power battery industry is currently still in the "foundation-laying" stage of intelligent manufacturing. The outstanding bottleneck of domestic power batteries at the low end is the core process and complete equipment. Power battery equipment involves dozens of production processes and seven modules of power batteries. Compared with foreign equipment, domestic equipment has a certain gap in accuracy, speed, reliability, unmanned operation, visualization, and informationization. Therefore, mid-to-high-end equipment is currently mainly imported.
Therefore, the industry's top priority is to establish a set of information models for battery factory products, processes, and quality, and to achieve digitalization on the basis of the establishment of information models, and to achieve intelligence through big data analysis, accumulation, and optimization.
